What is Allulose Syrup?

Allulose Syrup is a premium liquid sweetener that offers the perfect balance of taste and functionality for various food and beverage applications.

I. Basic information.

1. Chemical properties: As an epimer of fructose, it occurs in nature. In its aqueous solution form, it is a transparent, colorless, or light yellow liquid.

2. Sweetness and calories: The sweetness is about 70% of sucrose, but the calories are much lower, only one-tenth of sucrose (approximately 0.4 kcal/g).

3. Maillard reaction: It can react with proteins or amino acids. The reaction product has excellent gel properties, foaming properties, emulsification stability, and good antioxidant capacity, which can improve the texture, flavor, color, and taste of food.
